Cllr. J.Bucknall left the room, Cllr. D.Waller chaired the meeting.
10/00541/FUL Mr. T. E. Bucknall, Fosters Farm Ullenhall - Amendments to approved scheme for a replacement dwelling (application 09/01511/FUL refers) involving the re-siting of the proposed dwelling and consequent works and the formation of a basement. No representations made, application fully supported.
Cllr. J.Bucknall returned to the chair.

CHARITY FIELDa. John Ward, Copy of insurance from MMA Insurance regarding Public and Employers Liability
has been received. D.Waller reported that a netball team had shown an interest in using the area.
MATTERS ARISINGa. Parish Assembly Meeting, report - an excellent evening with good feedback. c/f, donation to
speaker.
b. Clement Keys, Audit 2009-2010 agreed and signed. Report from N.Gascoigne. It was suggestedthat if possible this report should be produced before agreeing the annual Precept.
c. Vacancy for Parish Councillor, awaiting correspondence from Returns Officer at S-on-ADistrict Council. If more than 10 an election must be held, if less than 10 the Parish Council
to discuss. To be carried forward to July meeting.
d. ‘Adopt a Kiosk’, letters of suggestions have been received. To be carried forward to be discussedat July meeting.
OUTSTANDING ISSUES
adoption by the Parish Council of the telephone box. Ideas from residents will be sought as tothe possible use of telephone box after adoption. N.B. when adopted, this will need to be added
to the Parish Council’s insurance.
Letter from BT regarding purchase of telephone box, Ullenhall will apply.
The footpath across the field at the end of Watery Lane is poor - SD243. It has been reported to the Countryside Rights of Way Officer who will visit the site.

c. W.A.L.C., letter regarding Parish Council’s resignation from the association, to be carried
forward to July meeting.
d. W.C.C. - Exercise Watermark, 4th-11th March 2011. Ullenhall to declare an interest.

f. W.R.C.C., Local History Project, suggested it be passed to Sarah Ashton.
