Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Tuesday 1st December 2009 were agreed and signed.

CHARITY FIELD

a. Annual field rent due to St. Mark’s Charity, £100.00. All agreed to pay.

MATTERS ARISING

a. Ullenhall Parish Community Emergency Plan, copies have been received. The Chair thanked

M.Andrews for all her hard work in collating this. Copies will be held by all Parish Councillors,

The Winged Spur and Emergency Committee members. Other copies are available if required.

b. Precept for 2010-2011, this was discussed and agreed at £6,000.00

c. Hard Court area on the Charity Field, future prospects - February meeting.

OUTSTANDING ISSUES

Several Ullenhall signs are missing, these have been reported and are due to be replaced. The Crowleys Close sign has been damaged, this has been reported. The clerk to send a reminder.

‘Adopt a Kiosk’, formal consultation in progress for the removal, by BT, of the telephone, and

adoption by the Parish Council of the telephone box. Ideas from residents will be sought as to

the possible use of telephone box after adoption.

It was agreed to monitor the restoration of verges by current developments.

There is a hole in the manhole cover by the War Memorial, the clerk will report.

Some of the railings have been knocked down along Watery Lane, the clerk will report.
